Crazy over Baby Choux

Last Saturday, I learned how to make cream puffs using a turbo broiler. Knowing that it will be easier to file the recipe online, here goes:
Pastry:
2 cups water
1 bar butter (Anchor)
2 cups flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup to 1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
Heat water and butter until butter is melted. Remove from fire. Let mixture cool. Add flour.Mix. Add eggs. Then the milk and vanilla.
20 minutes in turbo broiler (pre-heat for 5 minutes) at 200 degrees.
Cream Filling:
2 cups cream
1/4 cup sugar
Salted Caramel:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon salt
